Nice hot tub area for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The cabin was a bit dark and needed more lighting. it was comfortable and offered adequate amenities for our stay.

The lobby is visually pleasing and gives a nice first impression. The staff are friendly, the location is spot on, and parking is always easy to find.

Clean, well-stocked cabin. Comfortable beds and nice kitchenette. Assigned parking made unloading a breeze. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety and quick replenishment by friendly staff. The reception area felt fresh and spacious, but the room lighting was on the dim side, typical of the Western theme. Conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and shops. Amenities like the pool and gym were appreciated, but the lack of USB plugs was inconvenient. A notable downside: $25 per night for pets, unexpectedly high. Breakfast area felt cramped during peak times, combining business and dining. With some adjustments, this place could truly shine.

Everything was super walkable from the hotel, with the main square only a few minutes away by foot and attractions like the Antler Arches just 5 minutes down the road, surrounded by beautiful foothills and a variety of good restaurants including an awesome BBQ place and some lovely Mexican spots! The rooms were decent and comfortable, and breakfast offered tasty options like burritos and coffee. it would have been better if the hotel had updated mattresses in some of the rooms.

The cabin was a delightful surprise—clean, well-stocked, and cozy, with comfy beds that made it hard to leave. Breakfast exceeded expectations, especially the sausage and Mexican hot chocolate. the aging building had its quirks; creaky floors and limited outlets were noticeable. Our room layout was misleading, adding unnecessary confusion, and a shower issue was frustrating. A strict jacuzzi policy was a bit much, too. Still, the friendly staff made the experience worthwhile. I just wish we could have stayed longer to truly enjoy it all.

I was really disappointed with the room. Seriously, the showerhead was so low I had to duck; the whole setup felt cramped. Getting in and out of the bed at night was a workout, and it definitely ruined my sleep.

This hotel is super convenient to tons of places we wanted to see, being just 10 minutes on foot from the town square and just a few steps from Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church and Schwabacher Landing, plus many great restaurants like Big Hole BBQ and Everest Momo Shack, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local vibe all weekend; the place is clean and spacious with comfy rooms for families too, but the only thing I’d wish for is better communication about amenities like the pool.

The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable to relax in after a long day. The bed and pillows provided great support, and I found myself wanting to stay wrapped up longer. I appreciated the microwave and fridge, which made late-night snacks easy. The bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. I was impressed with the amenities, especially the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Noise was minimal, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast options were basic but satisfying. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and dining. I’d definitely return for another stay.

During my recent xmas stay, I was impressed by the stylish room decor and the delicious breakfast offered.
The bathroom was on the smaller side, requiring stepping out of the shower room to get dressed. The lighting in both the bathroom and sleeping areas was a bit dim, and the TV screen was quite small, which might not be ideal for some guests.

My friends and I had a blast hitting the slopes thanks to the free ski shuttle. We also tried snowmobiling and snow tubing nearby. Super convenient for young adventurers like us!
Would love a livelier nightlife scene near the hotel for more late-night fun.

We recently stayed at Elk Country and had a mixed experience. One of the highlights for us was the fantastic location close to downtown Jackson. It made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks as well. It was situated across the parking lot in a building that resembled a budget motel. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid for our four-night stay. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It felt outdated and unkempt, with peeling paint and a shower head that was falling out of the wall. The beds also seemed more like full-size rather than queens, making for a less comfortable night's sleep. the staff was friendly, and the manager was very accommodating. the issues with the room overshadowed the positive interactions we had with the staff. our experience at Elk Country was a bit disappointing. Despite the convenient location and pleasant staff, the subpar room quality and cleanliness concerns left us feeling unsatisfied with our stay. We hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience.

We had a blast hitting the slopes with the hotel's ski shuttle to the nearby ski resorts. Our kids loved the snow tubing, and we even tried snowmobiling, thanks to the convenient location.
For dads, it would be great to have more storage space for kids' winter gear.

Location! Just a short drive from Grand Teton National Park and a quick walk to town center with plenty of restaurant choices. The cozy bed was a plus after a long day of work trips.
The room felt outdated and gloomy. Having to trek across the parking lot for breakfast was a hassle, especially when a large bus tour took over the dining area.

the accommodations at Elk Country Inn were fantastic! we loved the rustic feel and the beautiful building, with its artwork and brilliant facilities. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the location was central.
